Mr. Smith comes to Gaston Adolescent Center with an MHA/MBA from Liberty University after having earned his bachelor’s degree in from Wake Forest University. He has worked in the fields of Human Resources and Workforce Development combined for approaching two decades divided between the private sector and government service. Mr. Smith has also served as an educator focusing in alternative education and behavioral management settings while working for Gaston College and then Gaston County Schools
