Edward L. Haley is the Chief Financial Officer and Master Trainer at Gaston Adolescent Center, Inc. With over 15 years of law enforcement experience, he previously held the position of Field Training Officer at Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office. Edward has a proven track record of training new and seasoned officers in Mental Health First Aid, health and safety practices, and de-escalation tactical training. Notably, he is a certified Adaptive De-Escalation Alternatives Instructor and a Certified First Aid, CPR, and AED instructor.
